One of the Residence’s apartments also houses Sicily's largest private collection of paintings from the Grand Tour period from 1800 to 1930 depicting scenes of Sicily and Taormina in particular.

24 of these works were presented in December 2024 as part of the Grand Tour painting exhibition "I colori dello stupore" in Taormina.
